Ceramic shell Investment casting
Captures all the details of the waxes, providing a perfect casting
Bronze pouring and Lost wax process, welding and fabrication
Investment casting using silica sand and a liquid silica binder creates a shell over the wax that, when fired, is as strong as fired ceramic. The wax flows out and is replaced by molten bronze.
Patina and bronze colorization
We specialize in the art of patina through heat and an artistic eye. A good patina sells bronze and is an essential part of the process.
Wax chasing/Gateing
All the details that transfer to the wax are captured and cast, so super clean waxes without bubbles or flaws make for flawless castings.
